Prism Cell was an exhibition I did in November 2022 at Project Project Gallery, an amazing DIY Contemporary Art Space in Omaha, NE. The Show consisted of several suspended pieces of handmade paper cutouts with cellophane windows. I projected light through them onto the OSB board walls and floor onto which I’d put white vinyl and cut out around the colorful shadow thrown on the wall. There were also several large flashe vinyl acrylic paintings hung throughout the gallery, as well as a sculpture made of little individual paper windows strung along with paper beads, also throwing colorful shadows onto the vinyl-lined wall.
